“The brew team philosophy is to go for gold every time we put on our brew boots and step into the brewhouse or cellar. Staying focused on the task at hand and attention to detail are paramount to a successful day and delicious end product,” says Head Brewer, J.J. Miles.
“Each year we look forward to entering some of our beers to be judged at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup. Winning World Beer Cup medals in 2016, 2012, 2010, 2008 and 2002 has taught us to always put our best foot first and always strive to create the best beer possible,” explained Miles.
“The most rewarding parts of the job are viewing patrons from the brew platform as they enter our brewhouse and smile as they see and smell the beer being made, watching friends and families cheers our beer, and reveling in the fact that beer has and will always bring folks together.”
“The history of beer is as old as the history of civilization itself. We love recreating time honored classics and also trying new ingredients and techniques to stay with the latest trends in the industry. ‘So many beers and so little time’ still rings true today as we continue to expand our flagship menu and create new beers to satisfy our patrons and co-workers thirst for delicious and exciting new beers.
