Medalthorne — Collaboration Beer Release
Medalthorne — a special collaboration beer brewed to celebrate Summit County’s Olympians goes on tap Saturday, April 28. Release pricing: $4 Pints and $2 Half-Pints on this day only. The beer is a collaboration brew between the Angry James, Bakers and Dam breweries. Brewmaster Mike Bennett says the new beer fermented at Angry James is meant as a tribute to all the Summit County Olympians, not just Red Gerard, even though it’s going to be a red ale beer, a clear nod to Gerard’s gold-medal run.
